Hi I'm looking at buying this dress but the only problem is I need to have it sent to Australia within 30 days. We are flying out and need to have this made and sent to Australia in 30 days the size would be a standard 8 US. Can this be possible and is it guaranteed I'll have this dress it my hand in 30 days Please help

Hi, is it posiible to customize the size of this dress? My upper part of body is 10, lower is 12. When measuring size from hollow to floor do I have to have shoes on?
