My dress arrived today and it is stunning - thank you. My dress is for my prom which is 1 month today. The dress had an £8 charge on delivery which I wasnt happy with but that's probably not tide buy's fault. Also this dress was £100 at check out and it says less on the web page! Overall this dress is gorgeous however the straps at the back are way too long and the zip got stuck. The dress is worth it anyway so its at the local dress maker getting altered. I ordered this dress exactly as shown in the picture and it is such lovely quality. The dress honestly looks like its worth atleast £300. I hope this helps other customers. Thank you!

I ordered this dress on the 27th of April and it arrived at my house today, the 15th of May. The processing time (making the dress) took only 13 days, while the postage took only 5 days (from China to New Zealand.) Really speedy, arrived early than I expected! The quality of the dress is great and I'm going to try it on soon. I custom ordered no leg split and it doesn't have one. :) The only difference I can notice is the beading - it is more spread out, silver sequins and small glass beads in real life for all those who are confused, and they're all stitched on really well and look pretty. <3 Thankyou tidebuy!

If I don't need any alterations and I buy the dress just as it is, is the processing time still 12-22 days and then it gets shipped? Also, if I don't care for it when I try it on at home, may I return it for a full refund? Or, can I only return it if there's a quality issue?
