can you explain for me: "the length from my hollow to my hell" does it. including the height of my sandal or not? And does it also mean the length behind me?i want my dress tail longer than Hollow to Floor.Is it ok?

Hi! is it possible when shipping to Ukraine in one parcel (for example if I want also the veil, some jewellery, etc. except the dress) to mark the price not more that 200$ and not to input invoices with real price incide, or at least make the less than 200$? The thing is that Ukrainian customs are very strict, if you have a parcel from 200$ and more, you have to pay big amount of taxes... If you understand me and show the price not more than 200$ I think I'm going to buy from your shop. Thank you in advance for your answer!
