I have been waiting a month and 2 days for my daughter's prom dress arrive. It does not take 15 days to process. hopefully it comes in 3 days because her prom is may 8th. Also, i havn't received any emails or updates of any sort. i am very unsatisfied with this company. Hopefully they prove me wrong.

This was my first experience shopping on an overseas website and I must say I am a very satisfied customer! The dress looks amazing on and fits perfectly, the garment is very well made with beautiful fabric and was very quick to get here. this dress is beautiful. i ordered it in the pink and the colour match was perfect. shipping was amazing, it took around three weeks. the dress looks almost identical to the picture. it is a little big, but i did not custom buy,so that is my fault. a very long dress however so will need to take it up alot. one other thing two blood spots on bottom of dress where i would think seamstress may have pricked her finger, but ok as will be shortening the dress. i will be ordering another dress soon, as i am extremly happy customer.

how do i put inthat i want sizes on my dress to be different im a size 16 for bust and waist but size 12 for hips and my hollow to te floor isnt even on there (52)

Hi, I was just wondering if extra length is added to a custom fitted dress as it said around 3-5 inches could be added if you buy a dress in a fixed size, also if you have a custom fitted dress is the processing time longer than if you just buy a dress in a certain size?
